CBS news today reported on a ‘growing miracle’ using stem cells in regenerative medicine.

The news item and video focuses on a finger grown in just 4 weeks, where new flesh, nail, and vessels replaced a finger lost in an accident.

The news item also reports on similar success in heart repair, growing new skin following severe burns and repair of damaged heart tissue.
