Storing Tooth Cells

The BioEDEN process is highly evolved. When the tooth is received, our scientists work swiftly to collect the cellular material from inside the tooth. This material is examined and observed to ensure the cells are not contaminated and are able to grow healthily.

The sample is then divided into two and each part is stored in a seperate location in our cryo-genic system. This means that even in the unlikely event of a problem with one of our storage units, there will be another sample available for use. The cells are preserved in liquid nitrogen vapour at a temperature of less than -150c. This preserves the cells and maintains their potential potency.

We regularly check all our processes to ensure that we constantly maintain standards and operate within the stringent FDA guidelines.
