Mike Byrom

Founder and CEO of BioEDEN Inc.

Mike Byrom has a degree in biochemistry and has been involved with research at both academic and industrial laboratories in America.  Mike's interest in the enormous therapeutic potential of primary teeth stem cells motivated him to begin work on developing the process of cell isolation and storage from primary teeth.

Mike Byrom oversees the implementation of BioEDEN procedures, standards and techniques globally.  As a father himself, Mike is extremely passionate about the future of stem cell therapy and the research and development of treatments by some of the most talented scientists worldwide.

Mike feels the potential of stem cell therapy is almost limitless and that really the treatments applied to date are just a drop in the ocean compared to the possibilities available to everyone. 

Mike firmly believes that tooth stem cells will contribute to making cell therapy an affordable reality in medicine worldwide.  

Md Sheikh Asab Ali  MSc FIBMS

Laboratory Manager for Bioeden, Ltd in the UK and Cellular Biologist

An honors graduate in Biomedical Science, and a fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Scientists Md Sheikh Asab Ali MSc FIBMS has specialist knowledge of microbiology, and joined us following an extensive career within the NHS.

Asab has joined BioEDEN with a fervent wish to contribute towards accessibility of stem cell therapy for everyone.

As a meticulous Biologist, Asab is conscious that all BioEDEN's procedures and Standards of Practice be adhered to thoroughly for the benefit of the client's future and quite importantly for the integrity of all measures undertaken within our brand new laboratory here in Cheshire.

Dr Alan Boyd BSc MB Ch.B FFPM.

Scientific and Technical Consultant

Dr Alan Boyd is an acknowledged pharmaceutical physician and expert in all phases of drug development across a number of therapeutic areas. He began his pharmaceutical career with Glaxo Group Research Limited and then became Head of Medical Research at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. 

Dr Boyd is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, Royal College of Physicians and is also Chairman of the Specialist Advisory Committee in Pharmaceutical Medicine for the Faculty.  This Faculty oversees all activities across the UK relating to the training of doctors in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

As a doctor, Dr Boyd is highly supportive of the non-invasive procedures of BioEDEN's method of obtaining stem cells and is also actively involved in progressing the involvement of BioEDEN within research and development of stem cell therapy in the UK.
